The article is good.The author could have given more tips onanalysing basedon PE ratio and EPS. The investor should analyse the company before he invests. NOT AT ALL ON RUMOURS. He has to go through the balance sheet - Book value,PE ratio,EPS, bonus issue,dividend. He has to see the average PE ratio of the similar industry and try to find out why the particular company is differing from that. Also he should forecast the performance of the company basedon the demand f its product.
If one does a thorough studydefinitely he can reap good benefit in the stock market.
