There are all reasons why RBI should increase the intereset rates as highly as possible probably to 20% because these CIBIL like institutions I had a problem for a small missed in my credit card payment for 2000 rs which was accumulated as a late payment fees, CICBIL is a negative trend watcher and it is not a positive trend watcher, what about 30 credit cards which I had offered from the banks and used them and was paying them all in time. Ban CIBIL in INDIA

I was defaulter once and i have settled amount completely in 2007. I would like to know whether my name is removed from CBIL or not ? How many days they will take to remove record from defaulters list once amount is settled.

As i had taken a credit card in bangalore and i had settle the payment longtime recently i got a call from citibank credit card to clear my payment,but till today i never took citi bank credit card when called to customer care they informed somebody is using in this name they never give any information but please let me know if that my pan no - AFJPA4486Q is listed in cibil,i appreciate if you can help me on this on priority.
