Often, we mistake one's politeness for chamchagiri. There is only a thin line separating them both. Without being polite, one cannot earn the appreciation of not only one's boss, but also that of one's father. It goes without saying that one should not only be polite and courteous not only to his boss, but to all around him as well. That is known as a decent approach to prosper and being happy. Secondly, most of those who grudge the 'chamchas' now could well be those who fell out of favour with their boss, not always because the boss was not reasonable. May be, they have not done any exemplary job for the organisation they are working for. If some one does a great job, which brings laurels for the unit he is working in, the entire unit feels proud of it. The boss starts showing a special favour to such an employee, because he too gets credit for heading such a dedicated team. Being polite to the boss and those working under you is a prerequisite for any one, working any where, whether in India or abroad. After all, when a barking dog chases you while you drive a two wheeler along one particular street in your city, you would next time avoid that street. Similarly, if one is arrogant in his answers to the boss, the boss too would avoid him. And, if you are not polite to the team working under you, the team members too would avoid you. There develops a communication gap and you end up in a stale mate. You then have to be content calling other successful guys 'chamchas'.
Get on your knee, unzip his fly and pull out his tiny organ, then just stroke it tenderly.Roll it in your mouth and then swallow don't spit.just then he might allow you to stay in your job
Boss is never wrong... U R Big idiot bcoz ur boss is bit more than u.. U cant do any thing in Life Bcoz ur boss waisted his life like u.... Never ask fr leave bcoz ur boss is never on leave he always on work....
if one can closely and unbiasedly and critically analyse, chamchaism is just one way of chosen success. it may not always be right to brand chamchaists as incompetents. we many times find good chamchaists to be very competitive in work too, but in order to gain edge over others, they do not leave even this route of chamchaism. so, let's understand and appreciate such people. sometimes, we brand them as chamchaists, just to self-satisfy our inability to please our bosses and by always resorting to self-evaluation from our own angles.
Boss is not always right, but Boss is Boss. Our target is fast moving in Organisation. If it is not possible only for hard & sicere work but it is possible hard work with chamcha. You can do that. It is not wrong. Because Boss wants to do that.
Neither Bhaigiri nor Ghandhigiri, Easiest way to succeed is CHAMCHAGIRI, Though skilled & talented, Being forced to use it is indeed a pity! By Geeta Chande on Aug 20,2007 19:05PM
its like bribing. both accepting & offering bribe equally criminal. sameway chamchaa to boss. your boss was a chamchaa to his boss and it goes for ages. what level of chamchaa is what that matters.
Chamchagiri even in hitech software industry is very common. Your work does not matter at appraisals, what matters is how much can you butter your BOSS.
Indians are CHAMCHAS by nature therefore they are suceessful in USA. Its not because of their hardwork but because they are sycophants that they are doing good in USA
