hi brindha this is mithila my weight is 82.3 & height is 5 feet, past 15 days i am doing morning walker for half an hour both in morning & evening, now i have restricted in taking of oily items such as samosa, puffs etc, morning breakfast 2 dosas afternoon & dineer 2 chapatis & kurma or veggies, pls advice me whether i am in right track or do change in diet plan, i have to reduce tummy and hip and but

I am 42 year old women with no children, my weight is 66 kgs,I eat very simple and boiled food and take a walk for about 30 minutes perday. I climb stairs of five story building atleast twice in a day
all these is not working me to loose weight of few kgs please help me....
