How to fight that post-lunch slump

Another good way is to go out with your office buddy n have a fag (of course if u r a smoker). It increases ur heart rate and enhances circulation to brain, washing out that fatigue n boredom with some office gossip.......what say??????

Working to live or Living to work ?
by Cool Guy on Sep 08, 2006 04:54 PM

Nice article except the 'break your lunch into 2 parts' funda.
So now we are left with an option not to eat our lunch to our satisfaction and as we like it rather than as our employer likes it.

Surely provokes a second thought. You are working to live or Living to work ??
