computer data entry
by Jayakumar on Nov 13, 2006 06:42 PM  | Hide replies

After completing my graduation I started earning by doing computer data entry. I worked hard and able to earn from rs. 50 to rs. 75 per day. That was a huge amount for my hard labour. Now, I am working as freelance journalist and assisting NGOs in their report. I would like to know whether data entry work can be get from large industries or from abroad like shares entry, accounts keeping etc. Kindly reply

Earning money for my research
by Vijayanandraj on Oct 24, 2006 10:54 PM

Hi,
I like to share my experiences.. I'm a doing my Ph.D in one of the renowned Indian University. While i was in the second year of my study,i was really struggling to get all the necessary chemicals for my research (due to unaviablity of funds in the university). Most of the chemicals (enzymes) required for my research are very costly. It made me to look for a part time job , so that i can some how support my research. Finally i ended up in an online tutoring company (a full time job). The company is basically Knoweldge process Outsourcing (KPO), which caters the needs of students in US. The advantage i had was the shift starts at 7.00 in the evening and ends at 4.00 in the morning. And i start my research from 10 in the morning to 6.00 in the evening. For the past one and half years i'm managing both my research and work with perfection. All the money that i have earned has gone to research. I'msharing this, so that people who have interest in research should not sly away just because of lack of money. They can very well generate their own funds for research. Let's not always depend on the Goverment for funds.
Thanks
vijayanandraj
