Our body needs a basic number of calories and nutrition to survive. Anything excess and we need to burn it out. So, with each and every dish, writing its equivalent guilt factor, is plain stupid. We do not have to think of burning *everything* that we eat! Only the excess part! So please write more exact information in your articles next time.
Hi, I think here the artical is more scary than helpful. Author has no knowledge of normal calorie burning process of human body. Suppose I had just pav bhaji for full day, do I still need to run/cycle for 80/60 min. Come on do not try to scare people. Be specific, when you give such info.
