ingredients: 1 cup almonds, 2cups sugar, 1 cup water Preparation: Take heavy bottom vessel pour 1 cup water on the vessel and boil it. When it comes to boiling point add sugar. When it comes one thread constiency add almonds in it nicely mix it. After 5 mints pour this mixure inti greesed plate. When it cool make it into pieces.
Please note that Honey is strictly prohibited in Jainism and hence your first recipe which has honey as one of the ingadients cannot be cosidered as vegetarian/Jain recipe.

No one claimed for it to be a 'Jain' recepie. It clearly states it is an 'eggless' recepie.
There are serious health problems with this recipe. 1) Use of artificial sweetener with its associated health problems 2) Use of butter substitues like margarines (with serious content of trans-fat,etc)
