For one russian salad sandwich it says 342 calory = 11 gm fat. So by simple mathematical calculation we can imply calory/fat ratio is 31.1 calory/gm fat.
On the other hand for one vegetable sandwich it says 260 calory = 7.8 gm fat. Here calculation says calory/fat ratio 33.3 calory/gm fat.
I am not sure about the calory/gm fat ratio. But above calculation obviously says the data has some problem.
Anyways the idea is good to tell the calory consumption is various dishes, but it'll be better to have correct data on hand.

dear mr. pawan what the nutritionist is trying to say is one russian sandwich has 11 grams of fat and a veggi sandwich has 7.8 grams of fat but the total calories come from the whole sandwich ,that has carbs proteins etc .Generally 1 gram of fat has 9 calories. a sandwich has bread, dressings, veggies which add to the total calory count. chetana
