In many of your articles, you quote a manager who is 27 years old or 29 years old. This age is too early to make judgments on others. It takes so many years of experience to make one a good manager. However, in today's world, because of the talent shortage in IT, it's not very uncommon to find managers in the 27-30 age group. But there is a long way to go for them to make meaningful averments.
