Hello I have taken Personal Loan from a relative for purchase of house property. I have paid the installments for the same and want to claim Tax exemption. Can anyone please assist me with the format?
If the construction of the house has been completed in March, but the final disbursement was made in the month of April. In that case in which year can I claim the Interest Excemption.
I have taken a home loan from SBI Bank on 20th May'09. Till now I hvnt started paying the interest yet. In this case how can declare the investment for the Income Tax benefit purpose. How can I get the certificate from the Bank so that I can submit that to my payroll department. Since last 2 months I'm paying Rs. 10000 as an Income TAx.
I want to apply for an home loan by taking 85% from bank and 15 % from personal loan. Will the interest paid on personal loan be tax exempted. Should I take the personal loan from the same bank and at the same time? Please reply. Thanks & Regards, Ravinder
Sir, the info is really good.but, cud u pls tel me that, why the home loan finance company ask for co applicant or a gurrentor? How does it affect & how wil it work if u don;t hv a co applicant ? thanx ®ards. ranjana deshopande.
