You write about notes: "Click the text placeholder and begin typing your speaker notes. Only YOU can see these notes..."
Well, no. It depends on the setup. Unless you're familiar with the setup, don't try it -- the notes could end up on the projector too. (I've seen this happen, much to the speaker's embarrassment, but the speaker was too dependent on the notes to turn them off.)
Some times you want to make big tables to present. But it is normally not possible to make tables after a certain no.of columns rows are over. Otherwise if u tries to copy paste a big table from excel sheet it my not accept that large one. There is a solution for that which I am using. Make tables on excel, copy the same to paitbrush, and then copy it from paint brush to ppt slide. Remember you can't make changes once you copied it to ppt. For making changes you have to begin from 1.

You can directly copy paste excel cells from MS excel - then you will be able to make changes also.
Hi, I would like to share one very important point here. One should ALSO concentrate on the content of the PPT apart from the actual slideshow.
This is because, many presenters tend to just talk whatever is there on the slide. The whole point of making a presentation is to explain things better that just reading thru.
