i dont agree with analysis not all couples earn 45000 net pay if there are such couple they are very few
equity does give returns but you say return based on past assumptions (which is not correct)
Assumption that age of both couple are not correct at present pace one saRats earnng from age of 25 and one does not get that pay pakage
except top nsitues iims even bajaj,nmis etc does not offer that pay pakage to all might be 10% of that class
the auhtor has missed out on gold,goi rbi bonds,post mis scheme and propery (proprty in areas other than cities ,thier rate has increased more then cities)
talking about inflation pls do consider CPI Consumer price index not WOHLE SALE PRICE INDEX
Kindly once again think before giving returns on equity-based mutual fund ,only few funds are giving those reutrns most of the funds were below nav before 2 years
Present boom does make them attrative but returns will diminist as correction takes place
