i am 5.1 hight my weight is 48 i look little fat that before my hand harm look fat my stomach bicome fat whan i have food. i do walk every day in evening. now a days my hair r ternig to grey iam 20 year.
I am 27 years old and have been working out for the past two years,my goal is not to have a macho physique but more of an athletic one, everytime i build my stamina and strength for a more rigorous workout i fall sick and am forced to take a break from workouts as a result have to start all over again this has happened on more than one ocassion. Could this be because of my hectic schedule?. [Travel time to/fro from my work place is around 3 hrs daily] or is there something wrong with my workout program. I prefer doing single body parts a day with medium weights.I prefer skipping/stretching as part of my warm up. I dont have any professional trainers to guide me on this since its just another gym in my locality.I rely more on guidance from people who have been working out since many years. Please advice me on this.
Hi, I am doing exercise in gym since 6-7 months for 90 mins daily. I cover 2 body parts in a day with heavy weights like monday- chest/back, tuse-shoulder/thighs etc. It is difficult to manage in 50 mins. As you said after 50 min it is wastage of tme, so what should i do now? I cannt minimize my workset. Workset also includes cardioc exercises.

Hi, I also suffered the same, didn't workout for a year, physiotherapy helped a lot. but right shoulder is still a problem sometimes, if u hav got ny suggestion for me, pls advice for shoulder spine pulls.
