My grandfather had filed immigration petition of F3 Category. Now i am planning to get student visa for master's course. What i have to do when petition file open. How i will get green card or convert my status?
I am currently in us on j-1. I got my waiver and applied for change of status to f-1 before 50 days of the expiration of my j-1. Now my j-1 is gonna be over and the change of status application is still pending with uscis. So can I stay legally without being out of status until I hear yes/no from uscis on my pending application. And secondly How much time uscis takes to pass decision on change of status application. My application is at vermont service center.
Hi, i have a f1 visa and i have been studying in the US for a month but now i want to cancel my f1 visa. I have b1/b2 visa valid until 2014. What should i do? i dont wanna study anymore and i wanna be in b1/b2 status.
