Hi! My name is Vamsi. I am currently working for a computer institute as a trainer in Hardware. My burning desire is to Work in a BPO or Call centre as a customer service executive(Voice process). My problem is that I can speak in english with my friends, strangers or anybody(who are very good at speaking in english) without fear and nervousness. But when it comes to speaking at the interview or speaking before H.R., I become ill at ease. Though I know that it is nervousness along with fear is letting me to do so at times, but still I am helpless. I want to overcome this fear and nervousness. I want to speak without any fear and nervousness and these two weak factors let my performance at the interview to go capsize. Kindly suggest! What has to be done at times??? Awaiting for the reply!!!
I have been in a cargo co working as a coputer operator job. But I want to change this job for my better job prospect. But when I face any interview interviewer ask the question that "why do you want to change","expected salary". I think I can not give the proper answer for this question.
