I was very excited about my new job, as I had never worked in a big company as Wipro Technologies. I was first of all afraid of all the standards that are to be followed in a CMM 5 company and how they proceed to solve the problems and what sort of documents they prepare for that. But my colleagues over here are very cooperative and also my Project Manager, who are helping me out to find the way to solve all problems.
