I'm a regular Get Ahead reader and I want fitness instructor Brinda Sapat to review my profile(given below) and recommend a good diet/exercise

Name: Niharika Tiwari

Age: 25

Vital statistics: 36-34-40(in inches)
Height : 5 ft 2 inches

Weight: 65 kgs

My fitness goal: To loose 10kgs by January 2007

Occupation: Software Professional

Location: Kolkata

Working hours: 8 am to midnight

Daily routine: I wake up by 7.30 am, have a glass of water. After one hour, I have milk and cornflakes for breakfast. At around 12 noon, I take a whole pomegranete/ 2 cucumbers. I take a glass of skimmed milk at 3 or 4 pm and, sometimes, a masala dosa with chutney at around 5 pm. Dinner is fixed, comprising of 2 cups rice, 1 cup daal, 1 serving vegetable, n fish curry . 100 per cent of my work is on the desk. On my way to home from office I walk for around 20 mins. I do an annual medical check-up, and have had no problems so far. At times, I feel too weak and stressed due to work pressure. Weekends r spent in domestc works, like washing, going for shopping etc.

Your article has has made me more optimistic about my weight loss. My new lifestyle has really made a difference to me. Even though the results are not immediate, I would persist with my exercise regime. Thank you for such a motivating article.
