Yes , I do beleve that all these amount to P.R. tricks to increase business. There is nothing wrong with it though except that if you go outside the touted brand name in a five star hotel the same thing will cost you Rs. 5,000 and in a small suburban locality ,at around less than half or 1/3 price.
