hi, I am looking forward to lose weight. This is my pregnancy weight n I need to lose abt 20-25kgs. I am lactating at the moment So was wondering can I have oats at about 7:00 or 7:30 pm in the evenign n skip my dinner? would that help me lose weight in a healthy way? I go for aerobics for an hr each day and come back around 6:30 after that usually Im very hugry. Having oats around that time keeps me full. I also take milk at bedtime as I am lactatin my gync has advised me to take 1 lit of milk each day. So Do u think this will be good to follow.
