The perfect breakfast

6 kgs to be lostin 6-8 weeks

i am pratyusha, a student,22 years old and weigh 62 kgs and my hieght is 156 cms. I eat healthy food, oats, whole wheat rotis etc, and occasionally give in to sweets and chocolates. I want to ask exercises which will help me lose wieght quickly and any diet plans if possible

Ideal Diet for me

Hi,
I am 172 cms tall.And weigh 70kgs.
I used to go to a gym, stopped 5months back.
My weight has remained the same.But it is showing in all the wrong places now(paunch).

I want to restart my exercise routine can u guide me over the ideal diet to be followed.specific to breakfast,lunch and dinner.
Preferably veg.
Also tell me which foods i should avoid.

hi brinda im 20 yrs old 5.3 in height girl.im never exercising or walking or anything but im very slim and i get alot of compliments on my figure..But is there any way wher i can maintain my figure as well as grow a little taller so that i dont look short.

i am 25 years,152 cms,55 kgs girl.my mum in law is behind me to reduce the weight,since my fiance is only 59 kgs of 162 cm.i am doing 20 times situps,15 mins cycling,hand swinging back and forward 50 times each.want to reduce tummy,waist,thighs,muscles in arm.i am eatin jst 2 slies of bread in mornin,fruits in aftrenoon,3 chapattis with sambar durin dinner,along with 8 glasses of water
