i am pratyusha, a student,22 years old and weigh 62 kgs and my hieght is 156 cms. I eat healthy food, oats, whole wheat rotis etc, and occasionally give in to sweets and chocolates. I want to ask exercises which will help me lose wieght quickly and any diet plans if possible
Hi, I am 172 cms tall.And weigh 70kgs. I used to go to a gym, stopped 5months back. My weight has remained the same.But it is showing in all the wrong places now(paunch).
I want to restart my exercise routine can u guide me over the ideal diet to be followed.specific to breakfast,lunch and dinner. Preferably veg. Also tell me which foods i should avoid.
