my prob is litte different. my boss loves me a lot. & always try to talk with me,to go out with me. he is married. vry nice by heart. n vry good at his work.i m learning a lot of good things frm him.i dont want to loose the job.so is ther any one who can help me with this prob.
I have read this article. But my problem is with a boss who is self centred and disorderly. There is no fixed time for him to come and leave office. He has no fixed time for anything, even for lunch or teatime. He does not bother to go throught the dak and clear the dak regularly except to attend to papers relating C.E.O. of the organisation and personal matters which will give him immediate benefits. Many times he is not even maintaining his own personal records nor he allows me to maintain since as and when I start to maintain he will take it and will never return. Basic problem with the boss is he does not clear day to day routine dak apart from not maintaining or allowing to keep incoming dak tray and outgoing dak tray. This makes me confusing and irritating. I know this is a peculiar type of boss inspite of giving hints and informing him, he does not improve except occasionally agreeing to the fact that he is disorderly and indisciplined. That creates problem in working environment since I am answerable to my sections subordinates and other sections/departments in my organisation.
Take a small break from work and informally meet together with 4-5 close collegues ,even you boss can be included once a week over a cup of tea during the tea break.This will built up an informal but strong bond between colleagues,we will get to know each other better,we can be more understanding if one collegue is undergoing some crises,which will in turn help us to do our jobs better.
if the case just opposite, means if your boss tells do not work. and tells do your personal work. and i am ready to work for the company only, then how to get the work from your boss?
