Hi Sir/Mam
I am a 25 yr old Software Engineer working with a govt organization.I am single. My monthaly earning is 17500/- (in hand).I want to buy a house in next 2-3 yrs in Gurgaon preferrably and it requires nearly 20-25 lacs or more may be.In next 2-3 yrs my sallary will be in the range of 25000-30000 in hand.As far as investments are concerned I have baught a ULIP plan from Max NewYork Life Insurance with balance fund option and with an anuall premium of 20000/- for 20 yrs and with a locking period of 3 yrs.I dont have extra money for experimentation in investments,So my question is have I done right by taking a ULIP plan of a private firm instead of LIC? and second, what are the other different investment ways to realize my dream of buying a home of this range in next 2-3 yrs.

Thanks
Hari

Dear Sir/Madam,

I stay in kolkata and i am of 28 yrs old and still unmarried. Right now i am working in MNC Firm and my earnings is very very less. Take home is only 8000/-p.m. My father is retired ,mother housewife and one elder brother(married-housewife) who is earning 10,000p.m. we belong to middle class family and stay in a rented flat .we are only 2 members who earn .Monthy expenses are 15,000/-p.m.
Please advice us to earn more money so that we could lead a peaceful and happy life. I want to give my parents all those which they expect from us. i want to buy a house and keep them happy by giving all the needs(good food, clothing, mental peace etc.)I am thinking of investing in mutual fund but no one to guide me. No insurance policy of myself and my brother.Thinking of doing Mba but can't even invest 12000/- as a downpayment . Total cost of doing distance learning is 26,000/- but still thinking.
