Here we are paying this Rs9,961 per month extra for 2 years and also end up paying the same amount along with the interest and principal again, if I am not wrong. Otherwise could you explain me how does the pre EMI works. We have to pay interest till the time actual EMI starts and they end up paying the EMI along with the interest and principal. Double the amount to the bank.
