In Tihar jail this workshop is carried out as a compulsory feature (free of cost by volunteer teachers). Teachers of this course are personally taught by sri sri. It is not supporting any religion This start up workshop known as Basic course is a complete package of Fun, celebration, meditation, yoga, games, group discussions, seva activities. Special workshops for children in age group of 8 to 18 are available to teach them values of life which can help them grow emotionaly and physically.

The techniques taught in this workshop are really very practical and easy to follow. Also the workshop is so complete and covers all the aspects of life - the body, mind and spirit. I did this course as a student at Georgia Tech in the US about 4 years ago and I reap the benefits of the daily practice (about 30 mins) every day. I have a pretty busy 10-12 hours work day and I definitely vouch for doing the Art of living course TODAY.
