Business Visa
by SIVAJI KASHYAP on Feb 12, 2012 09:38 AM

I have been on business visa since 1996. I have travelled to USA atleat 10-12 times during this period. Now,it is time for renewal. Embassy office to whom I applied visa renewal says I am not qualified,VISA (which expired few months ago)was stamped cancelled without prejudice under 219 B. I have a business interest in USA all legally approved documents). At this stage I wonder what could have been the reasons for refusal that have now affected my flow of business. The officer did not give me any information oor any opportunity to speak. Can I appear for Innterview again? I applied for renewal under DS 160 form and the form is some how confusing to me as does not ask for details on my current status ..frankly I could not include inmportant detals on my business.

Please advise what I should be doing now that could possibly restore my VISA status.

there are too many deterrants on this road.People who are eligible face too much harrasment in their pursuit of visas to travel to the USA despite their genuineness.

dos&don'ts fo US visas
by drrkvarma on Feb 09, 2006 10:19 PM

It is all verygood to follw the guidelines laid down butmy experience at getting the nonimmigrant visa for US was harrowing .Twice I was refused visa at the Calcutta consulate general on9th june&2ist septemberon flimsy ground and asked to apply for immigrant visa which Iam not interested.Ihad Canadian Visa fortwo years duration to no avail. Finally Icame down toCanada on the 30th october& applied for the same at Ottawa on the 7th february by agentleman on the counter where as the lady at calcutta was insolent, indecent&illbehaved menopausal lady who was irritating by her irrelevant questioning. So it is nothat one will get visa issued by following the guidelines but it all depends on the whims of the individual manning the counter when he or she knows that there is no appeal agaist him or hers decision .It is worth keeping in mind that the cost for applying is prohibitive&denial of visa hurts doubly. The authorities should post mature indiviuals with compassion for the applicant rather than contempt for him as was evident in the case of the lady at calcutta

I work in federal U.S. law enforcement and came across your posting as part of my investigation of UESA. An individual from Africa contacted my agency after having his life savings stolen by UESA. While it is difficult for me to go after a company like UESA which isn't really in fact located or based out of the U.S., I can at least contact you and save you the trouble that others have experienced as a result of UESA's fraud. UESA and other organizations which claim to "assist in immigration" are fraudulant companies. Do not give them your money. US immigration laws are well established, and companies that claim to be able to facilitate the process or ensure a person of his or her immigration status are all only seeking to steal your money. Contact your closest U.S. embassy and go only through official government channels. It may take you a while, but be persistent. Those things that are worth it will always be difficult, but be patient. Remember, if it seems to good to be true, then it probably is. UESA is trying to steal your money. Use Google to conduct a search for UESA on the internet and you will not find anything credible for the company. Best of luck to you.
