Respected Sir, I want to apply for an Emergency nonimmigrant (sudent)visa interview as I have got my admission in Flight Safety Academy,Vero Beach,Florida. As on my I20 Form my enrollment date is on the 30th of November so I have to reach florida by the 29th of November and my session starts from the 1st of December. So I have to get my visa before the 27th of November. I would be very greatful if you could please help me. Thanking You,
I would like to re-enter into the United States on a family hardship/medical grounds. I was a green card holder for the last 39 years. I am now a deportee. I would like to go back to America on a temporary basis to take care of my wife's helath who is living alone and suffering from several illnesses.
I had a by-pass surgery in America and pace maker has been implanted in 2005 in Atlanta, Georgia. I fell sick in India.
I need to go for check up from our specialist doctors in Atlanta, Georgia- USA
Transportation problems, weather conditions, lack of financial support for medical problems, such as admitted into the hospital, check ups by the specialists. In America, my medical care/medicaid/Blue Cross-Blue Shield will cover most of my expenses.
Hence, advise needed to re-enter into the United States with available waivers for which kind of action, my wife and children who are American citizens will appreciate it.
I was issued a visa in june 2006 for fall 2006. I wasnt able to go since i had backlog that is my degree wasnt complete. Now that i have completed my degree the same university has given me an admit for the same course for fall2007. what r my chances of getting the the visa again. Is there any any other document required besides the regular documents.. regards ashish
