Sorry madam, I forgot to add one most imp point here. This has been suggested by none less than a qualified Allopathic doctor. Hence I would strongly suggest that start the medicine immediately and derive all the benifit.

Ms. Preeti Roy - I understand that you have no specific problem but want to maintain general health. Well, if possible, you can go from breathing exercises and reach whatever level you can. But one EXCELLENT Ayurvedic Medicine that will keep you fit without any side effects is Chyavanprash. Preferably of Asaram Baba's. AROGYA NIDHI - BY ASARAM BABA ASHRAM gives many simple home remeadies to keep ones self fit. The email ID is : ashramindia@ashram.org and their website is - ashram.org. They have their branches all over India. If you want any more information you can mail me at rkanna007@rediffmail.com. I will be happy share any information with anyone interested in improving health thru natural methods.

by on Mar 25, 2008 05:36 PM

This is srinivas, aged 30yrs from bangalore.

My query is - I am very concerned about my health because I want to use this body for 1) attaining the main purpose of life i.e moksha 2) help the poor by giving education and 3) teach spiritual practices to old people.

So to gain this, i thought following yoga and ayurvedic culture is the best solution. I am planning to attend yoga classes by this year end at madurai, sivananda yoga centre, so before attending the classes , how should i get well prepared physically and mentally to get succed in yoga.

Kindly suggest me some general home remedies from ayurvedic to live young, strong and longevity for 100 years with out any diseases.

I am ready to spare or dedicate any amount of time and affordable amout to gain this in this life itself.

kindly help me on this sir. my e-mail id = srinivasrao@arvindbrands.com

Forget medicines. Either one week art of living course (artofliving.org) or ssy.org course should solve it. Talk to those teachers first. They have the list of exceptions too. Believe me, it works.
