I think the first impression to start a talk with client should be important ..focusing on points to disuss, Language should be understandable to all the participant and voice should be clear. Body language should also play an important role in explaining your view and last and final you should give space to each participant in meeting to share there view clearly and then replying your view..
Your example of Ms.Ritu visiting a SUPPLIER is one sided. What about the purchasers who keep suppliers waiting and behave in an arrogant manner. Being kept waiting is one part of it, but to behave as if they are God's gift to mankind is quite another.
