Places which rediff mentions are out of sync with times. There seems to be no effort to promote vegetarinism.It is very unfortunate to see rediff promoting non-veg food joits even for breakfast.One should understand that India does not follow any slaughter rules.Most of the animals are slaughtered in the most inhuman of conditions.What is even more appaling is that people just don't even seem to react after a viewing such a gory site.This country is going to dogs. At a time when vegetarianism is becoming popular all over the world , it appears incongrous to praise a non veg joint.
