I am 42 years..weight is 88kgs..height is 5'3" ,my heart has been expanded as per doctor's report,ihave been advised by the cardiologist not to drink/ consume more water/liquids(not exceeding 1000 ml ie,one litre. reason is by drinking more the heart has to pump more which means the heart will be stressed more.My request to you is do not suggest to drink more water for EVERYONE EVEN THOUGH IT MAY BE GOOD FOR MOST OF THEM
