Dear madam ur article is really very inspiring. i like skipping. is it a good cardiovascular exercise or shud i change it to walking on treadmill? can u help me out on this?

Well proper food control is a one step guide to good health, ofcourse you need to compliment it with a not so strenuous work out schedule. And guys/gals, stick to the fitness regime. Even after you have achieved your goals, do frequent the gym, just to keep the flab away.

DRINKING WATER FOR HEALTHY LIVING

I am 42 years..weight is 88kgs..height is 5'3" ,my heart has been expanded as per doctor's report,ihave been advised by the cardiologist not to drink/ consume more water/liquids(not exceeding 1000 ml ie,one litre. reason is by drinking more the heart has to pump more which means the heart will be stressed more.My request to you is do not suggest to drink more water for EVERYONE EVEN THOUGH IT MAY BE GOOD FOR MOST OF THEM
