Hi, I'm 24 yrs old. My weight is around 64 kgs. I eat normally as per following schedule: Morning Breafast : 2 Chappatis with Tea Afternoon Lunch : 3 Chappattis with Bhaji Evening : Tea and Steamed rice or 1 Chappati Night Dinner: WHole lunch including RIce, Dal and Bhaji. Instead of this, I am gaining more weight and suffering from irregular periods. to loose weight I have stopped the intake of rice and have started walk in the evening for 1 hour. SO Please suggest what else should I try to reduce my weight.Also note that my Blood pressure fluctuates and I'm on medicines to increase blood content.
