Hotel Imperial

Was just wondering if they still serve the all time favourite - Imperial High Mix at Hotel Imperial ! It was a mix of all the leftovers and was served only for the customers who return from a late night show, just before they shut shop for the night! No two night were the same, because the leftovers were different. For us college kids in the eighties, it was manna - same name, different taste, every night !!!

I agree with Firoz. The food is tasty, the servings are sizeable and the service is usually very fast. I would recommend this to non-veg eaters mainly, especially if you like very hot spice food.

imperial is one of the pathetic places that i have had food at. i felt that it was more of a place for those who had got drunk elsewhere. i had ordered chicken kebab once, and it was semi-boiled... the only thing good was... i forgot its name... but it is a lemon drink that is blue in color, and has a chilly inside it.
imperial survives by being open late in the night when people with no other options come and have food.
