Hello This is laxmi priya. I have got admits from the universities for my MS program. the colleges generally do commence in the end of August. I wanted to know when should i book for visa and should i go for the emergency slot booking? Actually i really dont know properly about this emergency slot an the normal one. Sir, I have got US F-1 VISA on Jan 2nd-2008 for 5 yrs. But due to some circumstances I had to defer my enrollment from Spring-2008 to Fall-2008, for the same University. As I have already got the VISA is it necessary for me to apply for VISA again? Please do reply soon.

my parents are in USA on the immigration bases(before 3 months ago) and they are now green card holder but i couldnt go to USA bcus of crossed 21 years of age currenlty i m 24 running... I have Done B.sc(Electronics) and MCA(Master in computer Application) and i have 1+ years of experiance and Unmarried.. so now i want to know that if my parents will apply for me on immigration (I 130) then how many years it will require for me to go to USA and is their any other way to go to USA Urgently... and if they file for me (I 130) then can i apply for the H1B simultaneously ???
Hi, i got selected for an onsite oppurtunity(in UK) with a new company in india, they are asking my relieving letters from previous employers, i dont have that from one of my employer. will it be a problem of getting visa? or any alternative is there instead of the letter?
