what is the effect of pea nuts? does it add to ur cholestrol level?Is it safe to have pea ut? is it cholestrl free?

Im male,23,5'11,76 kgs.my prob is that im havin tummy and i fear dat i've started havin male breast,though not that prominently.wen im wearing a shirt it is hardly visible but im having a flabby chest.wat xrcises shud i do???coz i fear wen i'll go for bench press i might ulmately elevate my chest more.i also have a slighty enlarged tummy to add to my woes.please answer

Hi samreedhi, this is Shalini 26yrs old and I am working. I do daily walk of 4 kms and keep a check on my diet also but still I am putting on weight. I don't want to join gym as I believe once you leave then you will become the same. can u suggest something?

count the approx calories u eat daily & the calories you burn in your normal routine day. Make out a simple cardio exercise plan to burn the difference on daily basis.

its a very nice article.Beginners will have lot of doubts and questions regarding what to do and what not ,at gym, so for them this is providing information.One can lose or gain weight at gym,so before starting up,one need expert advice like this,for what they want. HI,
I am 25 Years married female with height of 5 ft 5 inches. my present weight is 90 Kgs. 3 months back i had joine dthe gym and reduced 8 kg in 2 months. then i had a break of 1 month and i puton again that 8 kgs. kindl suggest me an effective remedy to weight Loss which i do not regain easily. Will Yoga help me to reduce my weight ?

Tell me honestly whether u were calorie/ diet conscious during that break of one month when u again put on those 8 kgs.

my self bhuvan 26 years 5'10" weight 55 kg , i havenot join gym till date, and looking very silim.

i want to imporve my weight. pls suggest me how can i gain weight.

and i have a problem since birth that is my stomach is always upset. i take medicine but did't better.

if without joining gym can i gain weight

Please check if you parasites in your stomatch such as Amoeba. If yes, then treat it.
Take the help of some Ayurvedic doctor who can prescribe proper medicines to clean your system free of these parasites.
start taking One spoon honey with lemon which is normally given to reduce the weight but in your case it might work.
