I want to purchase a flat,so I ased my promoter to provide all necessary documents,that I can obtain a Home loan,but my proposal got declined by HDFC Ltd. because document of the plot on which this building has been constructed was lost and thay have arrenged for a duplicate Document and got it approved by the court to consider this as the real document.Will it be possiable for me to get a loan for this flat ?
is it advisable to transfer home loan from ICICI to SBI, my ICI rate of interest is 11 floating where as SBI is offering me 10 % with their max gain a/c. I have to pay 45000 as penalty. what you advice should i go ahead with Nationalized bank or ICICI is better than SBI.
