I followed similar article's message.I am frugal for past five years.I have invested 2 lakh part by part in five years .it is now around 20 lakh.though it is not big money i am on the path to financial freedom :-) .kudos to the author

A very very nice schemes and a very good guidelines for youns. I AM A 47 YEARS OLDMAN... but I start more early with my just 2 year old baby... and planned for 16+30 = total 46 years at the same amount of investment.... and I really surprise with calculation for a total of 46 years investment of Rs.5000/- per month equilant to Rs. 2760000/- total investment get her apprx. Rs.80000000/-.... WONDERFUL.........I start from Today...now....THANKYOU The WRITER...

So why dont you? Savings is one good way of, maybe not becoming rich, but at least becoming financially secure. Rich for me is getting above the 90 percentile. Tell me how to do that.

you are not rich because you didnt start save and investing early .most of us(99.5%) of the folks are like this .living from paycheck to paycheck
Whatever Value Research is telling is wrong. Throughout my life I have tried to save and my currecy notes have become bayleaves.After retirement I put my money in Unit Trust and they cheated me.Govt is printing currency notes without adequate reserve and is causing inflation.Inflation is a tax on savings.The present rate of inflation is more than 10% while the interest rate is 8.5%.If you save then you lose.So try to buy land near metropolis or in your village or in your father-in-law'splace by loan capital.Take homeloan.loan from near relatives at a Interst of 10% and put it in real estate.By that you will becme really RICH.
