Sir,I have took housing loan from bank 13 years back it is almost over,now I am planning to take top up loan that on same property and if if I use that money for purchasing house site at my native place. I hv taken loan in 2003 from No.1 pvt. bank. Can I transfer this loan to any other co. bank so that I can enjoy lower rate of Int. benefit. Plus I want to go for top up loan for funiture and home renewation.
