Say the employee has not been covered from his joining date. Can we cover the employee alomost 3 months from his date of coverage by paying the required premium along with any interest ( if any ). And also can he claim from the insurance , if any expenditure , from his date of coverage ? . Pls let me know on this .Thanks in advance
