Hi I am a vry active mother of 3 and since of lately have been piling up the weight for no reason .i am so careful with my diet and gym thrice a week .only time i over indulged was in dec where i put on about 3 kilos i think now its a upward thing not a kilo shed after dpoing everything .i am 40 and 5 '5'' and 60 kilos
I had my throid checked ( came out normal )and we are rechecking it after he saw my 8 months of journals. I am taking in 1130-1190 calories a day ( keeping a journal) drinking 60 ounces of water, no caffeine at all, no sodas, don't smoke or drink alchol, just water and I am actually gaining weight. I work out 5 days a week , 40-45 on the ecliptical at 140 heart rate and then do 30 minutes of repetitive weights. My partner works out with me ( male) and has lost 60 pounds since we started on January 27,2008. I am actually up 11 pounds. I have been to my GYN for annual check up,all good there, and then to my Family practioner, who is stumped! HELP!

This is Sanjana writing to u.I am 26 , unmarried girl.I am 5.2 1/2 inches in height and my weight is 62.what should be my ideal weight?Plz suggest me some easy way to burn the fat around my tummy and waist area.i also have a stored fat hanging from my back which looks odd if i wear a sari.Since a month i am drinking lukewarm water with lemon in it, and i could find my self a bit lighter than earlier.Is it worthy? suggest me some simple exercises to get beter results in quick time as i am a working girl with very less time.

The Best way to reduce your waist and tone them up is by doing yoga = Suryanamaskar, 12 sets daily, 6 days a week. Wake up an hour early daily and start doing it after your bath. In one month, you'll see urself. All the Very Best.
I am brisk walking 4 kms a day, but it has not at all helped me . I am 6'tall, age 40, and weigh 95 kgs. Please suggest me remedies to loose weight. I am worried.
