Doctors normally insist on going for an operation, whenever a patient complains of pain from stones in kidney. For obvious reasons! But b4 u give in, try having the herbal leaves called "Pathar-kutti paan". 3-5 of them, with equal no of whole black pepper, first thing in the mrng. U have given many remedies for the same ailment. Confusing and shows that all r not ok. Please suggest one good one for one ailment e.g. for sore throat i suggest saline gargles, for acidity prevention is ideal (dont eat things that cause u acidity) but once it develops best is an antacid tablet.

hi...these remedies certainly work..just if you tell the same for reducing fat like excercising techniques at home. Sometimes gyms are far off and with the workload you cant afford to go regularly.
