while deciding to purchase house/flat and after purchase of house/flat so many difficulties are being faced after purchase which one cannot imagin what type of difficulties will arise after purchase of house/flat or even plot for construction of the house. It equals to getting married. Sometime it will be good but most of the timeings it is uncertain about the good things for which your luck only enable to get go without any trouble.

I am not able to decide which construction is better, older one or new one. With new one the maintainance is very high around 3 to 4 Rs./Sq. Ft and carpet area offered is very low. But for older apartment which is considerably in good condition maintainance is very low.
I would like to hear merits and demerits of buying older and new apartment as well as some other important information I may not be knowing.
