Hi
I believe the information you used here has some source, which you did not give credit to. You should list all the books & articles you referred to write this article under referrence section, without which this is plagiarism.
& there are certain things in the article which I donot agree with.
1. Goitre - hypo & hyper both can produce enlarged gland, so its not sign of hyperT alone.
2. You sould have stressed the importance of iodized salt. If you look at nutritional hypothyroid cases reported over last 10years there is dramatic decline in incidence. India mainly has nutritional hypothyroidism cases & you are asking them not to take common satl, which is iodised!!!!!
3.Calcium level in blood is very tightly regulated with array of controling hormones. Hyperthyroidism does not mean patient will have increased calcitonin levels.
4. Ensure: is a good protein source. Patient in catabolic stage certainly need that extra protein.

Thank you Priya and Seema

Its a complete wholesome article, not only giving out the symptoms, but also solutions as well. But you have concentrated only on solutions for people with non-veg diet and nothing for veg diets.
