I have account in Motilal oswal. When I opened my account there was no minimum brokerage, but from 01.04.2009 they imposed a minimum brokerage of Rs.20/- per trade without my consent. Thay charge me an annual fee of roughly Rs.400-500/- for providing free demat service. But once I submitted delivery of shares through delivery instruction and to my surprise they charged me for that. I wrote to them lots of time but they did not respond and contimue to charge me higher. They also have shrunk all their branches in Kolkata and now have just one branch in entire kolkata.
