I am an Insurance agent. A sum of Rs.1847 has been deducted as per From No.16A issued by Insurance company. I aam pensioner and my total income for one years below 58,000. How can I claim refund. What is the correct refund form

Allow the tax to be deducted and thereafter claim refund from the Income Tax authorities.

How we can refund for the same.What's the procedure...

 service tax on doing dyeing job (colour,labour job ,washing)

please help me as i am facing lots of problem on doing the dyeing job on contract .Party drops the finished product (cloth in meter ie. 200 to 500 mts)
as there is service tax on doing the dyeing work by adding some colour ,washing the cloth etc.
please help me.
