Hi, I have puchased a under construction flat in pune, i got a loan sanctioned from LIC of 40 lakhs(also mentioned in snactioned letter) which is 80% of total property cost 48 lakhs(including stamp duty & registration charges), Now LIC has hold my disbursement stating that i have paid my OWN CONTRIBUTION fully and are asking me to pay 3.75 lakhs to builder & subsequently the loan amount will be reduced, currently i don't have the amount to pay to builder & asked LIC to approve the disbursement but they are denying. Can you help me how can i solve this?

I have applied for a home loan and after much nagging and delay, the loan disbursing bank has agreed to give me a loan but they want the money receipts, for the loan instalments and some promissory note etc to be signed by me before the actual disbursement takes place. Is it in order?
