What is the meaning of too much water ?

1 Ltr., 2 Ltrs. 3 Ltrs......?


They should at least give the Ideal Qty. of water to be taken daily.

may this is latest reference,but if u drink a pure water from well or river then it will be beneficial for you.

Hi,

An indicative figure for the word \" Too Much water\" could have been better. In few of the articles on rediff, it was suggested that 6-8 litres of water a day is good. Is 10 Litres a day too much or is 15 Litres a day too much.
