how did u arrive at the NAV ofRs.19/- , 105.2631units & Value of Rs2000/- Pls give me a clarifcation on this.

You may choose a fund and start a SIP. Through SIP, you may start as minimum as 1000/- every month. The duration again depends on you, you may choose for 1 year or 2 year or more.

hai,

I want to know the steps to invest my money in mutual funds. I dont have knowledge obout investing in shares or funds and what should i know before investing my money. Many people hesitate to invest their money in shares or securities rather they feel comfortable in depositing it FD in local banks. I dont want to be the same. I would feel grateful if anyone could guide me.

Since you are a beginner, the best way to begin is to approach any Advisor. You may contact 1.Sharekhan 2. Geojit or others. There are many out there who advise you correctly and meanwhile you will learn your basic lessons about Mutual fund free of cost.

Sir,

I have Rs.1.50. But i am doubtful about mutual fund investment. If i invest it into mutual fund. How I will get the money after investment. To be very frank i do not know about mutual fund investment. can u explain about it in simple langauage and how it works.
