India is a absoloute shite/have no idea when it comes to regualtions.
Since india ain't one of the ICAO convention states i ain't/wouldn be suprised really..
Firstly its wrong how it staes you can't be colour blind.
Pilots who wanna go for CPL/ATPL license can be colour blind so long as hey pass one of the colour blind test, depending on the NAA in a specific region/province/country.
Secondly it is stated in ICAO regulations that a state of chichago convention must atleast enable 3-4 test oppurunties for pilots to show that they ain;t colour blind, and that even if they manage to fail all, and once again they only needs to pass one as long as they heavn got severe colour blindess they still can get their CPL/ATPL.
