i am asked to avoid giving vegetables or fruits which has fibre in them. my mother is also diabetic please advise me on this give me a list of vegetables or fruits which is less in fibre content

confusion about storage

you mention that veggies should be stored in an airtight porous container. That does not make sense to me as,in my mind, these terms are mutually exclusive. Can you please elaborate?

Dear Sir,

I am 28 years old, i diet only veg. My question is what is the nutrition food for hair lost, because my hair is becoming smooth day by day.

One more thing my mother teeth is getting loss & falling, what is the solution & nutrition food for that?

yor diet should be balanced,it should contain high portion of vegetable,fruits,milk products and ofcourse protein ,u can include pulses,meat,egg,sprouts in yor daily diet.As u knew our hair follicle contains keratin protein,which makes them healthier.

well here i am telling u about,tooth lose in aged personal,these people may have localised or generalised peridontitis,in common words bone loss and supporting tissue loss around the tooth.Rx is maintenance of proper oral hygiene,get scaling done,visit yor dentist regularly,consume fibrous fruits and vegetable,rich in vit and minerals

Thanks for the good article. My question is: loss of nutrients proportional to length of boiling time dependent. We typically boil (or fry) most vegetables. Is there a study that shows for ex) how much Vitamin C a carrot loses by boiling for 10min.?

Study says that a vitamin component called Biotin present in Vitamin B helps to reduce Hair loss.
If your food does not provide you enough nutrition, the best place to look for them is thru proper supplimentation.
